I know how you feel and what you’re going through. You want to be losing weight consistently without feeling hungry, deprived and miserable.

Every diet, detox, and workout you can think of, I’ve done it. Now, don’t get me wrong. Diet and lifestyle play an important part in the weight loss journey. When I made the commitment to take control of my health and find a way to actually lose weight, that was where I started.
 
But once you have success losing weight from changing your diet and lifestyle, and then the weight loss stops, you know you still have work to do.
 
What I learnt was it was time to break through the emotional struggle around losing weight. This meant discovering the thoughts that were no longer serving me and replacing them with thoughts that would help me to finally achieve my weight loss goal.
 
Yes, you can lose weight using restriction and willpower. You can eat less and exercise more. You can reach your goal weight.
 
But can you maintain that lifestyle forever and keep the weight off for good? I know I couldn’t.
