As your nutritionist and lifestyle coach, I will work with you to discover the best food, lifestyle choices and personal development strategies that will support you in your healthy lifestyle journey. Together we will determine the goals you want to accomplish, and then develop an action plan to help you achieve these goals. This will involve making new habits gradually so they become lifelong modifications that will enable you to reach your current and future health goals.

 

As everyone is an individual, your action plan will be personalised for you, and my focus is to help you incorporate your healthy lifestyle journey into your current life. Our lives are always changing and what might work for you now, may change over time. This will be taken into consideration as you work with me over time.

What is required of me before the consultation?

After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent a client history form to fill in online (this will take approximately 10-20 minutes) and you will be asked to keep a 3-day food and activity diary before your initial consultation.

 

What does an initial consultation involve?

Your initial consultation is a chance for me to get to know you better. Together we will discuss your health goals and dive deeper into the information you provided pre-consultation about your current and previous health history. This will include questions around your eating habits, food and beverage choices, digestive issues, stress levels, sleep patterns, and emotional wellbeing. I will then guide you in creating an individualised action plan including goals to help you begin your own personal healthy lifestyle journey.

Can I book a consultation even if I don’t live in Napier?

Yes, Inside Out Nutrition provides one-on-one nutrition and lifestyle coaching consultations in-person or online via Skype.

 

I’m really keen to book a consultation but cannot afford it at this time?

Please still contact me as payment plan options may be available on discussion. I also offer a 6 week Kickstarter package.

 

Do you provide meal plans?

No, at Inside Out Nutrition the focus is on making small modifications to your diet and lifestyle, which will then become regular habits in your daily life over time. I believe this approach is more successful than just trying to follow a meal plan long term.

 

I am not sure if I am ready to commit just yet?
